The Young Picassos
I collaborated with The Young Picassos, a genre-blending band centered around the steel drum, to design and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy for their Instagram presence. With a focus on increasing brand awareness, deepening audience engagement, and driving growth in bookings and merchandise sales, this strategy was built on a solid foundation of brand identity.
Establishing a cohesive and authentic brand identity was a cornerstone of the approach, ensuring consistency across all content and communication. This foundation served as the basis for the other strategic elements, from dynamic content templates for Reels and posts to a weekly content calendar for daily execution and a monthly calendar with defined goals leading toward the band’s ambitious objectives for 2025.
To extend the band’s reach, I developed brand partnership templates, enabling them to collaborate with partners offering value beyond monetary compensation. These templates opened opportunities for mutually beneficial relationships, enhancing visibility and creating new growth avenues.
Data-driven decision-making supported these efforts. Monthly analytic reports provided insights into audience behavior and campaign performance, enabling tactical refinements and ensuring alignment with quarterly and yearly goals. By combining a strong brand identity with innovative strategies and data-informed adjustments, I helped position The Young Picassos to captivate audiences and achieve lasting success.
